Minutes of Meetings
In
accordance with the statues under which our
Association operates, all homeowners (members) are entitled to inspect
and copy official records at reasonable times upon request.
In practice, our
Association's Secretary sends Minutes of Meetings automatically to all
homeowners after each Board- or General-Membership meeting.
Also, in
practice, the Secretary makes the homeowner's roster available during
our annual membership meeting. The recorded Minutes can be
disseminated
in either hard-copy form, or by e-mail, depending on an individual
homeowner's preference. Upon request, copies of the roster
are also
available in either form. Requests for the above documents,
or requests to receive the documents by e-mail, should be directed to
the Secretary via e-mail at the link below. For privacy
reasons,
Minutes of Meeting and the official WORHA roster
are only available to
homeowners, or their renters.
