Water Oaks EntranceWelcome to Water Oaks Regatta Homeowners' Association Website. Water Oaks consists of a fifty-four townhouse complex located on the west end of Niceville, Florida just off of John Sims Parkway on Bayshore Drive. It is a beautiful tree covered water front community on Boggy Bayou with a common dock for every two units, a beautiful water front area with a spectacular view of the Bayou, a swimming pool with associated party area, a lighted tennis court, a large open common area, and usually adequate but limited RV and boat storage area.

The purpose of this website is to provide access to pictures and documents related to this unique community for our homeowners, tenants, real estate agents, or other interested persons.

You can reach the Association by mail via P. O. Box 5263, Niceville, FL 32578. This  address is that of Bluewater Management Services, the company that manages our internal operations.
